Jigsaw4u's mission is to support children and young people, and their families, who have experienced loss and trauma and to empower them to have a voice in decision making about their lives, about the development of Jigsaw4u and in the development of policy and practice locally, regionally, nationally and internationally.
Their National aim is That every child and young person who has experienced loss and trauma will receive the support that they need, when they need it and in a way that they will find helpful and accessible.
That every school, GP practice and hospital will have a designated person for loss and trauma along the same lines as the already existing designated and lead professionals for child protection.

A letter from BOAT:
Dear Mr Ojo-Osagie
Thank you so much for your letter of 03 November 2009 in which you enclosed a £500.00 donation to Banner over African Troubles (BOAT).
This is a huge financial support for this Charity and I thank you and your company for their kind donation and your trust in this Charity. This charity has huge personal implications for me and my entire family and I promise you that every penny will go to the people it is intended for.
Thank you also for your donation of a laptop to BOAT, this has helped the charity hugely as we have been struggling without it for a while.
You also promised that from now a percentage of every computer you are given from organizations and agencies will be donated to BOAT. BOAT’s trustees are praying that organizations you approach will understand the wonderful work you are trying to do and support your company in this work.
We are looking forward to hearing from you and promise to keep you informed of yearly progress and now enclose receipts for your records.Thank you again very much.
Yours sincerely, Kate Okonkwo, Chief Executive
