Televisions, mobile phones, computers, monitors, TFT monitors, CD and DVD players, game consoles, small domestic appliances including microwave ovens, kettles and toasters, power tools and car radios.
Q. Do the goods have to be working?
A. No they will be PAT tested on site by qualified engineers to ensure safety.
Q. What happens to non-working goods?
A. Goods that cannot be repaired will be broken down and parts reused where possible. Other metals and plastics will be granulated and recycled.
Q. What happens to working goods?
A. Once tested, they will be shipped to African businesses, schools, charities and community organisations.
Q. How are the goods transported to you?
A. You can book a collection online (Request a Collection) or by phone. Once we have established the size and quantity of items we will confirm a pickup date and time. This is usually within 24 hours of receiving your request.
If you prefer to drop off the items, then we can make arrangements by phone or email so a member of our team is available to receive them.
Q. If I am sending computers can I be sure of data security?
A. We guarantee that the data is wiped clean by qualified technicians on arrival.
